Cooking Steps
- Mix flour of SEGITIGA BIRU, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Whisk with a balloon whisk (whisk): pour soybean oil HAPPY SOYA OIL, eggs, vanilla yogurt and vanilla until blended. Put the flour mixture, stirring until dough is well blended
- Pour into muffin tin that has been lined with paper cups until 3/4 full, and bake in oven temperature of 175 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
- Ornament muffin with vanilla yogurt topping and a variety of fresh fruit.
