Cooking Steps

  1. Mix flour of SEGITIGA BIRU, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. Whisk with a balloon whisk (whisk): pour soybean oil HAPPY SOYA OIL, eggs, vanilla yogurt and vanilla until blended. Put the flour mixture, stirring until dough is well blended
  3. Pour into muffin tin that has been lined with paper cups until 3/4 full, and bake in oven temperature of 175 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
  4. Ornament muffin with vanilla yogurt topping and a variety of fresh fruit.
